PLANT CARE GUIDE

How to Keep It Happy

Simple care guidance to help your plant stay healthy and thrive.

Light

Bright Indirect Light

Watering

Water thoroughly when the top 3–5 cm of soil feels dry. Allow excess water to drain completely and avoid keeping the soil constantly wet.

Humidity

Prefers moderate to high humidity with good airflow. Dry air may cause brown or crispy leaf edges.

Temperature

Grows best between 18–30°C. Keep away from strong air-conditioning, cold drafts and sudden environmental changes.

Care Tip

Rotate the pot regularly so that every side receives even light. This encourages balanced growth and prevents the plant from leaning towards the light source.

Packaging

Every plant is carefully prepared according to its size and characteristics. We use tissue paper, newspaper wrapping, protective materials or suitable boxes to ensure a safer journey.

Some plants, such as succulents and cacti, may be shipped bare root without soil or nursery pots to reduce shipping stress.

Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday–Thursday. Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales periods, promotions or courier delays.

Live Plant Orders

For Sabah, Sarawak and overseas orders, delivery may take approximately 10–20 working days due to flight schedules.

Please understand the risks involved when ordering live plants for longer-distance delivery.
