At Succulent Shop, we carefully prepare and pack every order to help your plants and gardening essentials arrive safely.

1. Delivery Coverage & Shipping Fees

We offer delivery within Malaysia for eligible products and locations.

Shipping availability and fees are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order. Certain products may have delivery restrictions due to their size, fragility, live-plant status or courier requirements.

For special delivery arrangements or destinations unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 working days for standard order processing after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are normally dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. This schedule helps reduce the risk of live plants remaining in transit over the weekend.

Customised gifts, bulk orders and pre-order items may require additional preparation time. Their estimated preparation and delivery arrangements will be confirmed separately.

Processing times may be longer during promotions, peak periods or public holidays. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant
