Simple care guidance to help your plant stay healthy and thrive.
Bright Light
Water thoroughly only when the soil has dried completely. Allow excess water to drain away and avoid leaving water in the centre of the rosette.
Prefers low to moderate humidity with good airflow. Extra care with watering is necessary in Malaysia’s humid climate to reduce the risk of rot.
Grows best between 18–30°C. Protect it from prolonged rain, excessive afternoon heat and sudden environmental changes.
Provide plenty of bright light with a few hours of gentle morning sunlight. Insufficient light may cause the rosette to stretch and lose its compact shape. Introduce stronger sunlight gradually.
Every plant is carefully prepared according to its size and characteristics. We use tissue paper, newspaper wrapping, protective materials or suitable boxes to ensure a safer journey.
Some plants, such as succulents and cacti, may be shipped bare root without soil or nursery pots to reduce shipping stress.
Orders are shipped Monday–Thursday. Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales periods, promotions or courier delays.
For Sabah, Sarawak and overseas orders, delivery may take approximately 10–20 working days due to flight schedules.

Every plant is naturally unique. Its shape, colour, height and size may differ slightly from the photos shown.
Unpack your plant promptly and place it in suitable light. Allow it time to adjust before repotting or making major changes to its care.
Plants are supplied in their nursery pots unless otherwise stated. Decorative pots and accessories are not included unless shown in the product description.
