Please email contact@succulent.my with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your name.
• The email address or phone number used to contact us or access our services.
• A brief description of the data you would like us to delete.
• Your Facebook or Instagram username, if relevant to your request.

Please do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents.

What Happens Next

We may request additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Once verified, we will review your request and delete the applicable personal data, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or transaction-related purposes.

We will notify you by email when your request has been completed, or explain if any information needs to be retained. You can contact us at the same email address to check the status of your request.

Scope of Your Request

This process applies to data held by Succulent Shop. It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, or information held directly by Meta.
