Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Please read and agree to the terms & conditions of purchase before placing your order.
Succulent.my will take full responsibility for the product replacement or refund base on the following conditions:
- Product damaged caused by courier mishandling. Buyer should send us the photos of the box condition and damaged product within 24 hours after received the parcel from the courier. Failure to do so, we’re not able to claim from the courier company.
- Wrong item received or missing item.
- Parcel received from courier within 5 days but the live plant is death or fully damaged.
- Courier company lost the parcel.
Buyer takes the full responsibility for the following conditions:
- Live plant damaged or death due to buyer failed to sign the parcel from courier first attempt delivery.
- Buyer provides invalid/ typo delivery address and phone number.
- Receiver reject the parcel for any reasons. Buyer should inform the receiver in advance if the parcel is send as a gift.
- Failed to inform Succulent.my support within 48 hours after found out product damaged/ live plant is death.
- Live plant with minimal damage like leaves dropping, leaves bending, soil fall out and minor leaves damaged.
Succulent.my will refund base on the following conditions:
- Wrong item received or missing item.
- Courier company lost the parcel.

- Receiver reject the parcel for any reasons. Buyer should inform the receiver in advance if the parcel is send as a gift.
- Live plant with minimal damage like leaves dropping, leaves bending, soil fall out and minor leaves damaged.
- Parcel blocked by customs.
IMPORTANT: International Order Can Only Purchase Live Plant Product. The live plant will send bare root only (without pot and soil).
Succulent.my will refund base on the following conditions:
- Wrong item received or missing item. Buyer should inform Succulent.my support within 24 hours after received the parcel. Failure to do so, we’re not able to process the claim.

- Parcel blocked by customs. Parcel will be destroyed if buyer does not claim from customs.
- Parcel will be destroyed if courier unable to reach buyer for any reasons.
- Courier lost the parcel.
