We can deliver within Malaysia (including Sabah & Sarawak), Singapore, Thailand and Philippines.

Do you ship to Sabah & Sarawak?

Yes, the courier service covered most of the city area in Sabah & Sarawak. Due to the unstable flight schedule, the buyer needs to take their own risk if live plant damage or death during the delivery. Click here to read the T&C

How do you ship your plant?

We are using courier service to send all our order.

How long do you process my order?

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed. Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume. We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders!

How long I can receive my order?

You will receive your order within 1 – 5 working days after we sent out. For East Malaysia customers it may take 5 – 10 working days. International order take 5- 7 working days.

Can I pick up in your store?

Yes, you can.

How long do you process my order?

Can I add or amend my order?

Kindly contact our customer service 012 953 0154 or email to contact@succulent.my for any addition or amendment to your order. Any changes can only be done BEFORE your order is being processed/the completion of your order.

Do you include receipt in the parcel?

No, we do not include invoice or receipt in the parcel. You will receive your order details by email after payment success. If you need an official invoice/ receipt, please contact our support team.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes, you can. Kindly contact our customer service 012 953 0154 or email to contact@succulent.my for bulk order special rate.

What do I do if missing goods?

We are very sorry about missing goods happened. Please send photos of the plants that you received to 012 953 0154 or email to contact@succulent.my

How should I do if I received damaged goods?

We only ship all products in good quality. But we cannot control what happens to your order during transit.

If plants/products arrive damaged due to transit, we will issue a store credit or money refund.

Refunds are not available on live plants (East Malaysia). In order for this to happen, you must contact us within 24 hours of receive of your order by sending an email to contact@succulent.my or 012 953 0154. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage, both to the packaging and the plants. Do not dispose of the plants or packaging as the carrier may request their return.

Payment

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, internet banking and eWallet (Touch N Go, Boost and Grabpay)

Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not accept COD. All order must make payment before delivery.

Why there's an additional fee for using credit card?

If you’re a Malaysian, or using Malaysia issued credit card/ debit card, please choose iPay88 payment gateway. There’s no extra cost by using Malaysia payment gateway.

The overseas credit card facility is only for customer who’s using the card that issued by other countries and does not use TAC or PIN for payment verification. There will be a 5% fee for processing overseas card.
